Brand identity

The identity is inspired by the lush Pacific Northwest landscape and the enviable views of Mt. Hood visible from nearly everywhere on the property. Designing a clean, modern logo that reflects the development’s architectural aesthetics while the palette evokes the vibrant, urban-meets-natural setting.

Then we developed signage to establish presence in the emerging neighborhood, showcase the property’s distinct character and create a memorable first impression for prospective tenants.
