From the hills of Happy Valley, we were approached to help craft a unique brand identity for new garden-style apartments seeking to create an idyllic escape from the hustle-bustle of the city.

Follow the tracks 

Drawing inspiration from rustic lodges and wistful weekends spent lakeside at summer camp, we leveraged the proximity to neighboring nature areas to forge an identity that pulls heartstrings and inspires the inner child in all of us.

Boldly playful with the strength of a brand that breathes cohesion, we crafted marketing collateral, a gorgeous set of stationery, and a website — enlivening the brand with our foxy mascot, “Scout."

Head to toe

From custom wallpaper and canoe-shaped light fixtures in the clubhouse to the subtle detail and seamless integration of brand colors throughout the property we captured it all for use across social media, print and outreach materials.
