Cascade Production Park
Ready for the next batch of makers
Cascade Production Park began as a Pacific Foods manufacturing and distribution center which was eventually acquired by Campbell's and relocated to New Jersey. When Condor Cold Storage came to us with two newly vacant buildings, and a plan to bring the full eight-building campus to market by 2027, our charge was to reintroduce the property to the marketplace to attract new tenants.

Built for Production
With on-site wastewater treatment, food-grade lighting, floor drains, heavy power, and dock-and-grade loading already in place, the buildings were already well positioned for future food and beverage production. However, we needed the name to be universally accessible for future users, whether that be artisanal small-scale production, or large scale distribution. Cascade Production Park signals location and use while also remaining industry agnostic. And a newly designed custom "C" mark gives the campus a single identifier across signage, print, and digital.
To bring to market, we built the broker toolkit including a leasing brochure designed as a system that scales from single building to all vacancies and frames the campus for the next generation of tastemakers. The system reads the way the campus operates: clean, structured, and hardworking.
We also needed to use the identity to differentiate the campus buildings from surrounding neighbors in this dense industrial corridor. The exterior paint scheme takes bold use of the palette and features a single bold number on the exterior of each building, serving as wayfinding for users navigating the campus' figure-8 layout and creating an easily recognizable, unified system.
Ripe for Growth
The repositioning introduced Cascade Production Park back to the market, driving active leasing efforts, and laying the foundation for the full campus rollout in 2027.
