Elevating the unique story of this thriving retirement community
Warm Welcomes
Terwilliger Plaza, a self-governed Senior Living community in Portland, OR, approached Think Joule to integrate their brand experience into a 2,500 SF Design Center that would serve as a showroom and sales center during the construction of their newest high-rise community, Parkview.
Setting the Stage
They wanted to create a warm and welcoming setting that would tell their unique story, help establish a sense of place, invite interaction and express the differentiators and personality of the community – and most importantly, it set the stage for prospects and future residents to feel welcomed.
Story Driven Design
We crafted 7 impact installations to tell a cohesive story and create an aspirational environment for prospective residents to experience the sense of lifestyle and the vibrant social community that Terwilliger Plaza offers.
Creating Spaces
The installations include a modular testimonial wall, graphics on glass, built signage on gyp, a Passive House exhibit wall and a custom cabinetry room divider to weave the brand throughout the design center telling a vibrant, visual story.
The Experience
The result is a sophisticated information center that can be utilized by the sales team to create a true hospitality experience for current and future residents of Terwilliger Plaza.
