To position The Sutton as a unique luxury high-rise, we sought to capture the full breadth and sophistication of these brand-new riverfront apartments in Portland, Oregon. We wanted to portray the seamless transition of the professional resident at work and at play with The Sutton as the backdrop.

Approach

We assembled a collaborative dream team of Portland-based creatives for a two-day photoshoot to activate spaces with a highly fashionable cast of models to reflect the sophistication of the surrounding space, emphasize the condo-level finishes and highlight the plentiful indoor/outdoor amenities.

Through thoughtful activation and chic styling with a “work to weekend” aesthetic that juxtaposes high fashion and leisure, we brought the spaces to life, showcasing the beauty of the property and its highly desirable proximity to the Portland waterfront.
